We create high-precision CNC-machined master models using tooling foam and model boards. Our tooling services include composite mold production, inserts, holding jigs, and custom fixtures tailored to the production method and part geometry.
We manufacture CFRP parts using both wet layup and prepreg techniques, adapted to each project’s needs. All components are cured in-house with temperature-controlled ovens up to 2×5 meters providing cost-efficient, autoclave-free production for large and structural parts.
