The Neumann H2 is a hydrogen-powered experimental vehicle developed by Neumann János University. Our role focused on the design and manufacturing of the composite body panels, contributing to the vehicle's lightweight and aerodynamic structure. The project aimed to demonstrate the potential of hydrogen fuel cell technology in sustainable transportation.
The development process involved close collaboration with the university's engineering team to ensure the composite components met the required specifications for strength, weight, and integration with the vehicle's frame. Design considerations included optimizing the aerodynamic profile and ensuring manufacturability within the project's timeline.
Composite components were produced using advanced materials and techniques to achieve the desired performance characteristics. The manufacturing process included precision molding and curing to ensure consistency and quality across all panels. The final components were integrated into the vehicle, contributing to its overall efficiency and performance.
