The Electro Tour is a fully carbon fiber, electric-assisted racing bicycle developed as an experimental project. Our role focused on the design and manufacturing of the carbon composite components, delivering the technology required for a fully functional prototype. In less than 30 days, we completed the fabrication of all components, resulting in a working e-bike ready for testing and demonstration.
The project required rapid design iteration and precise planning to meet the tight timeline. Each component was engineered for lightweight performance, structural integrity, and integration with the electric motor system. The design process balanced aerodynamics, stiffness, and manufacturability to ensure the final assembly would function as a complete racing bicycle.
All components were produced using pre-preg carbon fiber and advanced composite layup techniques. The parts were cured and finished to achieve high precision and strength, allowing for immediate assembly. Thanks to streamlined workflows and efficient production methods, the entire functional prototype was completed in under 30 days.
